Innux’s access tourniquets are designed to stand out in indoor and outdoor environments. However, for applications in very humid or dusty environments, custom turnstiles with optional features are available, if the appropriate specifications are provided at the time of purchase.

Innux tourniquets are ideal for one-way and bidirectional passages, which can be free or controlled access. Even if access in both directions is controlled by a card reader, the security personnel authorized by the customer can override this setting for no card access during certain hours of the day.

Innux tourniquets allow the free exit of the site or building in case of a power failure-a mandatory feature by law. If the customer wants tourniquets to remain locked during such an emergency, this functionality can be provided as an option upon request in writing by the customer. However, once set at the factory, the system cannot be configured for the emergency exit state by the client and remains locked during all subsequent power failures. The rotational direction of the turnstile arms during inputs and outputs is also regulated by internal sensors. Gentle centering of the tourniquet arm after a passage is achieved by a spring mechanism and hydraulic shock absorbers.
